Teacher To Family Connection Facebook Group
What: This is a public Facebook Group to connect parents to caregivers during school closings due to COVID-19. Currently group is focused in Massachusetts. Join the group if you are in need of childcare or able to offer childcare.
Colorado
Colorado Emergency Childcare Collaborative
Who:
Health care providers and staff: Doctors, nurses, and all hospital support personnel, including maintenance and janitorial.
Public safety: Police, firefighters, EMT, Department of Corrections.
Staff supporting critically at-risk populations: Long-term care facilities, mental health facilities, residential facilities.
What: Governor Polis called together a group of early childhood providers, advocacy groups, school districts and foundations to partner with the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) and the Office of Early Childhood (OEC) to establish a system of emergency child care for our most essential workers. Healthcare Workers Child Care Co-Op
Who: Medical, Nursing, PA, and College Students in Philadelphia Area can sign up to volunteer.
Who: Healthcare Workers can sign up for childcare.
What: Fill out the form linked below (you do not need to be an SKMC healthcare worker in order to sign up) and we will get to work trying to match you with someone who can help. This project is still getting off the ground, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to match you with anyone, but we will be in contact within 48 hours to give you information on whether or not we can help.
